Ideal for medium-long direct dough for the production of slippers, rosettes, white bread. The production process must be in line with the principles laid down by EC Regulation 852/04 on HACCP, as amended.
The product must be delivered in 25 kg bag paper with printed signs of the type of flour, the lot, the expiration date and its nutritional values.
180 days of the milling date printed on the package or on folders affixed to the product in bulk tanks.
