Product obtained by grinding and sifting of healthy and mature national wheat kernels freed from foreign substances and impurities, stored under appropriate conditions. Ideal for production of sponge cake, cakes, pies, pancakes, sweet or savory fried appetizers, pastries, cannoli, a thousand leaves, cream puffs. The production process must be in line with the principles laid down by EC Regulation 852/04 on HACCP, as amended.
Packing
The product must be delivered in 25 kg bag paper with printed signs of the type of flour, the lot, the expiration date and its nutritional values.
Shelf Life
180 days of the milling date printed on the package or on folders affixed to the product in bulk tanks.
