Description

Product obtained by grinding and sifting of healthy and mature kernels of North American wheat freed from foreign substances and impurities, stored under appropriate conditions. Ideal for long-rising dough with sweet chariot training, can be used as reinforcement flour. The production process must be in line with the principles laid down by EC Regulation 852/04 on HACCP, as amended.

Packing

The product must be delivered in 25 kg bag paper Print out the instructions of the flour, the lot, the expiration date and its nutritional values.

Shelf Life

180 days of the milling date printed on the package or on folders affixed to the product in bulk tanks.
